Caller ID, call time, duration, and recordings are stored by our call tracking provider and are shared with the independent service provider who fulfills repair requests so they can contact you and perform the service you requested. If you do not consent to recording, you may hang up and the recording ends with the call.

This site uses privacy-focused, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to measure aggregate traffic: pages viewed, referral sources, approximate region, device type. No advertising cookies, no individual visitor profiles, no sale of personal information.
Information Sharing
Information you provide by phone or text (name, callback number, vehicle details, service location, photos you send) is shared with the independent local mechanic who performs the work — that sharing is the purpose of the service. Call recordings and analytics are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above. To request deletion of a recording or of information tied to your number, contact us via the phone number on this site.
