The 60-Second Call

• Where the car sits — address, business name, or a pin drop. Location decides the plan; it's the first thing we ask.
• What it's doing — the sound (click, crank, silence), the light, or the noise. Our Where It Died guide has the vocabulary if you want it.
• The vehicle — year, make, model; the VIN if handy, for same-day parts.
• Your deadline — a shift, a formation, a school run. We schedule against it honestly.

Texting a photo of the dash lights or the part after you call is welcome and often speeds up the parts run. If you're mid-breakdown on US 17 or NC 24: off the travel lane first, hazards on, then the phone.
